Poblanos and an Art Walk

Last night for Christopher Lawrence's visit, I made Stuffed Poblano peppers (pictured above prior to being put in the oven), roasted cauliflower, cilantro/lime basmatti rice, and a salad with brune d'hiver lettuce and a curry/roasted red pepper dressing. It was YUMMY. And, the 8 or so margaritas we each drank didn't hurt either.

Off to NYC to give a pro bono publico Chelsea art walk to a large group of Interlochen friends who'll be swarming around Tymn Wallace on the last day of his visit. This is going to be FUN!!!
